Engine 3-cylinder, liquid-cooled diesel engine with the total displacement of 988 cu. cm generates 23 HP and high torque. The Kubota brand has manufactured over 25 million reliable diesel engines and the power plant of G23 offers high efficiency for mowing very large lawns. Transmission With a sturdy hydrostatic transmission, the direction of driving is changed by pressing on the appropriate side of a single pedal. This means no clutch to worry about. To make driving even more comfortable for the operator, cruise control is fitted as standard feature. Bevel shaft that powers the mower deck and cogs that transfer the power between mower blades are professional solutions that guarantee reliability and high lifespan of the mower. Mower deck The extremely sturdy mower deck with the width of 1220 mm allows the operator to mow large lawns without damaging the deck even in rough conditions and at speeds up to 16 km/h. The deck is height adjustable between 250 and 1020 mm by means of a convenient dial with 13 settings. The mower offers incredible efficiency owing to a high-diameter tunnel between the deck and the grass container, with a system of flaps for removing any jammed grass. These flaps are operated from the operator’s seat.
